After. The same wall rebuilt with new board-and-batten siding and the window removed.

The wall had failed behind the siding, and a patch wouldn’t have lasted. We stripped it to the framing and rebuilt it with new sheathing, insulation and board-and-batten siding.

The old window sat in the worst of the damage, so we removed it and framed in the opening. The result is one clean, solid run of siding.
